The Beginnings
Hyler Communications introduced Wisconsin companies, all manufacturers of consumer products, to major New York media in October 2009.

Shiraz Events hosted The Holiday Lookbook which attracted major media outlets such as O “The Oprah” magazine, Redbook, Conde Nast Traveler, Martha Stewart magazine, BetterTV, Rachael Ray Show, Newsday, NBC and PBS. Style Guide Bobbie Thomas hosted the event (See the video).

Participating companies met reporters and editors who were seeking products to include in Holiday gift guides and hot product lists nationwide. Sample of participating companies and their products: Fiji water, BOLT by Strattec Security Systems, and JCPenney.

 
Wisconsin media opportunity
In the spirit of the Holiday Lookbook, Hyler Communications has founded the 1st Wisconsin Consumer Product Showcase and established an alliance with Shiraz Events.

Select Wisconsin consumer product companies are invited to the Showcase to display their wares, and spotlight new products. Sprecher Brewing Company is the lead company.
